Everyone can make mistakes and change their minds!
Too pink, too green, too small, too big, too wise or not crazy enough?
This is why, to us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied. SKIMP is committed to refund or exchange an item for a different color or size.
The shipping and return is offered by SKIMP in the case you wish a full refund (SKIMP will provide you a packing slip). In the case of an exchange, the return fees will be at your expense. SKIMP will then send you the exchanged items at its expense.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your products. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (used, washed, soiled or damaged) will be sent back to you (at your expense). Sale and promotional items or with a special pricing cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return or exchange an item?
1/ Contact us at sav@skimp.fr by mentioning:
- your order number
- the reason(s) of your return
2/ After checking your demand, you will receive a Colissimo returning slip
3/ Pack your garment in its original box and attach the receipt by circling the concerned items. (By re-using our packaging, you will contribute to reduce waste).
4/ We will refund you within 30 days after registering your return at our warehouse by the same method you used to pay or via vouchers.
5/ We only refund the price of the invoiced products.
6/ Remember to ask for proof of postage. In any case of loss, we could ask for it.
